The Brief
With a growing team spanning multiple departments and client accounts, the company needed a design system that was thorough enough to ensure consistency, but practical enough for non-designers to use independently.
Role & Approach
Owned the creation and ongoing evolution of the agency's internal design system — covering typography, colour, spacing, component libraries and usage guidelines. Built to be scalable and accessible across the business, reducing reliance on ad-hoc design support and ensuring brand consistency across every internal and external touchpoint.


Outcome
A living design system adopted across the agency, empowering teams to produce on-brand work independently and significantly reducing turnaround time on routine design requests.
